Tim started his coaching career in Fargo, ND. After many years of gaining knowledge in how to successfully train his players, he relocated to Omaha where he built a strong organization before making his way to Colorado to develop the successful programs: the Renegades and Evolution.
After many years in hockey Coach Knox has switched his focus to creating a successful program for young athletes to learn the game, develop strong skills, and most importantly have fun at the rink.
Tim’s mixed military experience and coaching techniques creates discipline in athletes, as well as a mutual respect between him and the players. Tim also knows that players need ice time to improve. Repetition is the name of the game, and Tim ensures that all players see the ice they need, with a fast pace, high repetition practice model that will lead players to success.
